Shipments, documents and purchase orders — in one place.

Our tailored system tracks everything from the smallest single component from point A to Z and every point in-between, yet retains the capability to manage and track far more complex processes — including procurement and expediting interfacing.

  • Main access point to all shipments via individual reference numbers or via Purchase Orders and Releases (MMT, SRN etc).
  • Shipping info screen with main dates, packages, containers and links to all key documents.
  • Key document hyperlinks — Bills of Lading, invoices, tracking lines, photos — in PDF format.
  • Full access to Purchase Orders, PO Items and Releases. Searchable by tag number, supplier name, drawing number.
  • PO detailed view, hyperlinked to containers and shipment numbers for end-to-end traceability.
