Your machine's perfect. The wooden crate around it could still get it turned away. Most countries require wooden packaging (crates, skids and dunnage) to meet ISPM 15, the international standard for treating wood so it can't carry pests across borders. Treated wood carries an official stamp. No stamp, and the destination port can order the wood treated, removed or destroyed, sometimes holding the cargo while it's sorted out. On project cargo, that wood is often added late at the factory by someone who has never seen the destination rules. We check packaging and dunnage against destination requirements before anything is loaded. Building export crates? Photograph the packing spec and send it over. We'll flag anything that won't clear. #ProjectCargo #ProjectLogistics
