Newsfeed Update

The word turnkey appears on most project logistics proposals. It does not mean the same thing on all of them. In its correct form, one team holds accountability for every mode, every border and every leg. When something changes, that team resolves it. In its looser form, a coordinator manages bookings across subcontractors and issues a single invoice. Accountability still sits at each mode boundary. The client calls one number to chase it. The distinction matters most when a programme hits difficulty. At that point, accountability and authority are two different things. What does your current provider mean when they say turnkey?
