Newsfeed Update

The most expensive logistics problems in project cargo are created before the tender is issued.

By the time a transport brief arrives, dimensions have been finalised.

Fabrication contracts are placed.

In some cases, the route from port to site has never been reviewed for the cargo it will carry.

Transport feasibility has the most value when it sits inside the Front End Engineering Design process. Not at the shipping stage.

Cargo that could have been modularised. Dimensions that could have been reduced. Site access that required costly upgrades nobody priced at project sanction.

We do not wait to be handed a brief.

We engage at the design stage, making sure logistics constraints are understood before they become logistics costs.

The problems planned for at the start do not become the costs carried at the end.
