The major oilfield services companies are forecasting a heavy book of project cargo work ahead. Infrastructure repair and supply diversification are expected to generate significant volumes, often in locations that may not have seen project cargo of this scale before. New corridors mean no established route knowledge, unfamiliar permit environments, and port infrastructure not tested against this kind of cargo.
