Global reach in project logistics is not determined by how many offices a company has. It is determined by what those offices can actually do when a programme hits difficulty in that market. Transcar operates across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, South East Asia, South America and Australia. In each region, capability sits with partners who know the port, the permit authority and the local agent before the cargo arrives. That preparation is not built during the programme. It exists because the relationship was established before the problem appeared. When cargo moves across multiple regions on a single programme, the coordination happens between teams who already know each other. That is a different operation from one assembled at short notice.
