Newsfeed Update

Documentation is where many shipments run into trouble. And it is entirely avoidable.

In any freight movement, late or inaccurate paperwork does not produce a warning, it produces a blocked loading.

Carriers will rarely negotiate once a vessel is allocated, loaded and sails. Before any booking is confirmed, these should already be concluded:

Packed dimensions verified, including all protrusions.

Gross weight confirmed from a calibrated source.

Preliminary stowage plan and lashing proposal agreed with the carrier.

Port acceptance confirmed for the unit's oversize profile.

Inland permits secured in parallel, not as a final step.

At Transcar, we manage this as a controlled process from day one. The planning is the work. The movement is the result.
