Bigger plant, bigger pieces. That's usually how single-train design works. A planned 700,000-barrel-a-day refinery in Kenya, expected to be the world's largest single-train refinery, has selected its process technology and equipment supplier. Source: Hydrocarbon Engineering, October 2026. One train at that scale tends to mean larger columns and reactors, not more units of the same size. That puts pressure on every link: the discharge port, the bridges, the bends and the plot itself. On projects at this scale, our work starts with a route and feasibility study from quay to foundation, so the plant's design and the road agree on how big each piece can be. Our partners in Africa support port operations and local permits on the ground. Have equipment bound for East Africa? Give us the heaviest dimensions and we'll test them against the route. #ProjectLogistics #HeavyHaulage #ProjectCargo
