A look back at one of our most demanding programmes. The Barzan Gas Project, Qatar.

Transcar, in collaboration with its Japanese partners, managed a 600,000 freight ton logistics operation for a state-owned gas company at the Ras Laffan Industrial Complex, one of the world's largest natural gas production facilities.

The project was fast-tracked. Any vessel waiting at anchor carried immediate financial consequences. Every berthing slot across multiple global ports had to be secured in advance.

Real-time tracking and pre-approved method statements kept every movement on plan.

Every shipment arrived on time. No delay claims. No damage claims.
